GAY'ES TAKE ON DECAYING TREES IN ORCHARD (Wednesday, August 4, 2010 / 6:14 PM)

Like the article states, last month alone, there were 240 incidents whereby branches of entire trees fell, mostly due to bad weathers.
Its good that the government is taking it seriously and 240 incidents does not remain as a stastitic but something is being done.
Those 2 angsana trees that showed signs of decay ought to be cut down and like the article says, prevent any more accidents like the one where a precious life was lost as a rain tree was uprooted crushed him to death.
This is probably why the government is serious about the removing of decaying trees so as to prevent any more cases like this.
However, side tracking a little.
The rain tree that was uprooted and crushed the man, was said to be a healthy growing rain tree that showed no signs of decaying.

So ultimately, life itself is like a vapour. No one knows when your time is up.
