I caught the highlights of the match of the two European soccer powerhouses. It was clear that Spain was dominating as they had possession of the ball most of the time. Surely they would convert the many ball possessions into at least a goal. And that was what they did.

I was rooting for Germany because the young team had performed amazingly well for the previous matches. While Spain had a hard time getting through to the semi-finals.

But it doesn't matter. The best man wins. And so does the gracious man. The german coach didn't come up with cock and bull stories of why his team had failed but instead, with full praise of the Spain team.
