I feel that it is important to cut down trees that are decaying. This is because since the trees are already not healthy, it makes no point in keeping them. Therefore, cutting them down may be a more preferable choice. If the trees are not healthy and not cut, they may increase the risk of drivers being injured if the trees fall during rainy days. Furthermore, having decaying trees in Orchard area may spoil the beautiful scenery there and since Orchard Road attracts many tourists shopping there, they may have a poorer impression of Orchard Road which will cause them to have a bad impression of Singapore. This will affect Singapore's reputation of a Clean and Green environment.
